Established in the year 1974 with the object of trading in polymers, the company progressed competently over the years. To keep pace with the momentum of growth, the company, from the year 1986, diversified into various business activities such as import of Polymers, Cemicals, Fertilizers, Ferrous & Non Ferrous Metal Scrap, Coal, Sugar and bulk commodities and export of Iron Ore and other commodities. And also established the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in central suburb Mumbai.

Based on strong foundation of high business ethics and sustained efforts over the years, backed-up by the vision of the entrepreneur, Mr. Shantilal J. Jain, who has more than 31 years of experience in the field of transnational business, expanded further it's business activities into import & export., Pharmaceutical, Construction and Real Estate Management, Technology in Communication which paved the way of becoming a strong business house.
